DESCRIPTION

Phase one of the project includes a 10,000 square foot covered arbor, a new winery and tasting room, renovation of an existing ag processing building for winey, tasting, and events, an allee for parking 150 cars…The new winery building will be constructed using the Energy Mass™ Smart Building Technology which will cool the building with ice made on-site during the day with electrical energy from roof mounted photovoltaics.
